  20. You're losing the connection.  The remote modem may be hanging up on you
  21. (possibly due to excessive line problems and/or modem incompatibilities), or
  22. you may be getting momentary breaks in the connection.  Try increasing the
  23. S10 value by a factor of 2x or 3x.
